Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of The Pineapple Club — the website, the events and the private community. By applying for membership or attending an event, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, “the Club”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Pineapple Club. “Member”, “you” and “your” refer to any person who has been accepted as a member of the Club. “Event” means any gathering organised or co-organised by the Club.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to couples and single ladies aged 21 and over who have submitted a completed application and been accepted by the Club. The Club may refuse, suspend or terminate any membership at its sole discretion.

3. Liability

You attend events at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your membership, your attendance at events, or your use of this website.
